Track Your Order

Here is how to follow your parcel from our warehouse all the way to your door.

1. Find your tracking number

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is on its way. The email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Please also check your spam folder if you can't find it.

2. Track your parcel

Click the tracking link in the email, or paste your tracking number into 17track.net, which shows where your parcel is right now.

It can take 1–3 days before tracking information is updated after your parcel has been shipped.

3. Check your order status

You can always see the status of your order via the "View your order" link in the order confirmation you received when you made your purchase.
