Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time

Your order is normally processed and shipped within 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after it is placed.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday) from the day your order is shipped. During peak seasons and public holidays, delivery may occasionally take a few extra days.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Customs and import charges

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. Any such charges are not included in our prices or shipping.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you. A new delivery may involve an additional shipping cost.

Delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, or arrived damaged, contact us at contact@skadalight.shop with your order number and we will help you.
